Clients receive the ultimate in customer service - from the moment an inventory verification is scheduled or a vehicle inspection is requested, to the time data is processed in our technical review program and final results printed.

In addition, each DFS client is assigned to a client relations manager who is designated as their key contact. The client relations manager is available to assist clients in addressing issues, answering questions, and communicating recent business developments. The client relations manager is responsible for program start-up, development and management, and also serves as the liaison between clients and DFS' operational units.
